The Untouchables Flair Championships 2009



1. All Bartenders are to be at their respective venues at 18:30pm for their Briefing @ 19:00 and to be given their Order of Flair.

2. Any competitor who is not present at the time of the Briefing will be disqualified for that event.

The C.F.S industry flair comp
The C.F.S industry flair comp held at corner bar on Monday the 26th of October show starts at 20h00 it is sponsored by Smirnoff IIV , Red Bull and Monin syrups.


National Cocktail Competition



The 1st leg of the national cocktail competition took place at the Good Food and Wine Show over the weekend and was watched and supported by many patrons to the show.

This win also secured his place to compete in the international
flair competition at the IBA in Berlin, August 2009.

All the above contestants secured a spot to compete at the national finals Johannesburg in September 2009.










Tartini (Frozen)
Glass: chilled Martini
Ingredients:
12 fresh Raspberries
25ml Stolichnaya Rasberi
6.25ml Chambord
25ml Cranberry juice
Garnish: Raspberry
Method: Muddle raspberries in base of shaker. Add other indredients, shake with ice and strain into ice filled glass
