1. All Bartenders are to be at their respective venues at 18:30pm for their Briefing @ 19:00 and to be given their Order of Flair.

2. Any competitor who is not present at the time of the Briefing will be disqualified for that event.

Every Bartender must create a new cocktail of the month, the winner will recieve a training course sponsered by Bartenders Workshop.
